Refund Policy

At Keep Shit Plaaya LLC, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or sizing exchanges on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We inspect our products thoroughly before shipping to minimize the chances of receiving damaged or defective items. You also agree and understand that some orders may take longer than the expected delivery time especially Pre-Ordered products! Please be advised The usual wait time for Delivery for Pre-Orders once your order has been placed can take 4-8 weeks. For all on hand orders the usual wait time  for delivery once your item has been shipped is no longer than 5-8 days unless any delays come up which we will let you know.

Returns / Exchanges

Keep Shit Plaaya closely inspects all orders before leaving the warehouse. In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. at Keepshitplaaya@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. We do not offer refunds for any damaged item, we will only send out a replacement or provide you with store credit you can use toward future purchases. By understanding this you agree to not, Chargeback, dispute, or recall your funds by your bank for the reason of "Product Unacceptable" or any other reason related. Failure in upholding your end of this agreement will result in the lost of your bank dispute and you agree to let Keep Shit Plaaya LLC win the counter dispute that we will send to your bank.
